we have decided to do something new here at bleubird vintage & feature some of our favorite customers/all around lovely people and kids with killer style. we're taking a little peek in to their lives and asking them a few questions.

we love your style! what or who would you say is your biggest style influence?

I have to say my biggest influence these days is in fact the internet. I was trying to establish a streetstyle blog on my hometown once, still wanna do it, but it didn't work that well - as it seems, not many people are developing their own special kinda style round here - which is a pity but all the fabulous street styling sites and vintage stores on the net are just fabulous to get inspired by! And you can always pick out of millions of ideas what suits yourself best Nike Air Max Terra Ninety Mens!

how would you describe your personal style?

I'm a mess when it comes to styling! I mostly feel I don't have anything fun to wear Gucci Sunglasses, so I improvise! I like to mix vintage pieces, sometimes from my mom with good quality basics and trying to add one special item to give the styling a certain edge. But all in all, it's mindless improv.

any hobbies?

In my time off college I'm a tattooer, love giving and getting tattooed in fact! My boyfriend got a bunny-tattoo from me! I draw a lot too, and I love sewing my own clothes. I sometimes like to spend a whole weekend just sitting at the sewing-machine. I love it!

where is your favorite place to shop where you live?

I tend to go to Zara and H&M for basics and shoes, and to one or the other oxfam and second-hand, as well as to small boutiques, but if I want to go big-time shopping, I take a trip to Hamburg or Berlin or if the money allows it, London!

what's your favorite vintage piece that you own?

My favourite vintage piece must be an original 1970s indian pastel vintage dress I inherited from my mom. I'm truly in love with it and so happy she let me have it.

favorite musicians at the moment?

I currently listen A LOT to Air (French band), Miss Kittin, Beck, Pete Doherty, Cornelius and Charlotte Gainsbourg.

favorite movie of all time?

My favourite movie of all time should be... hmmm... I can never decide! Well, but let it be "2001, A Space Odyssey" by Kubrick.

what are your three MUST HAVE bleubird vintage pieces right now?

1) The Lucy Calico Ruffle Dress, because I love the cream colour and the skirt with the ruffle... it looks like spring in an English garden with flowerbeds and little birdies. So cute! I guess I'd team it best with turquoise tights, brown oxfords and maybe a vintage belt, maybe not.

2) The Leather Motorcycle jacket, (SOLD), is just perfect. It's actually exactly what I'm searching for quite a long time now. If I wouldn't be such a broke student cheap coach handbags outlet, I'd definitely get it! I'd combine it with either tee shirt, leggins and my fave heels OR with a lovely girlish ruffle dress. It could all work with thist jacket!

3) Gold Flutter Open Dress, simply because I'd LOVE to wear it at a party! I'd just add a bow accessoire for my hair and some killer platforms.... sooooo 80s, man!
